Parking
There have been changes to the parking procedures and it is important for you to read the information below and make sure that you are up to date with the new system.

-
Please note parking is still FOC to exhibitors, for a maximum of 2 vehicles per stand
-
You must prebook online for free exhibitor parking using the promo code, you will receive an email containing this code
-
Once prebooked, the ANPR system will recognise your number plate, and the barriers will open for you on both arrival and exit of the car park
-
Bookings can be made up to midnight the day before you visit
-
Your booking covers 96 hours before the show starts and 48 hours after the show ends – this means that your parking for build-up and breakdown is covered once you have made your booking for the show open period
-
If your vehicle will be onsite past 2:00am, you must select overnight parking when booking
-
If you have forgotten to prebook, you can validate your free parking at a pay on foot machine or at the exit barrier of the car parks, using either your voyage control pass (during build) or a QR code from venue security
-
Vehicles not prebooked or validated will not be recognised at the exit barrier and the standard-on-the-day NEC parking rate will apply at the exit barrier - this is a card payment only
-
If you do not know your vehicles registration number at the time of booking, you can still make a booking then amend this later. If the number plate of the vehicle has changed since booking you can amend your booking via the booking website
-
Please see the location of the Parking Pay on Foot machines surrounding our halls here
-
Please note this is different to booking your unloading slots via Voyage Control, this process remains the same
-
If you intend to park your vehicle in an outer carpark after unloading and have not yet pre-booked parking you can scan your Voyage Control QR code at any pay-on-foot machine in the venue to allow free parking.
-
You will receive an email when this system is live and ready for bookings

Passes

In order to gain entry to the venue, contractor passes/exhibitor badges must be worn at all times. Vehicle passes are required to be displayed in the windscreen for access to the loading areas during build-up and breakdown.
Contractor passes

Contractors will be issued with a wristband onsite upon production of proof that they have completed the site induction. This can be done in advance using this link, or on the day.

Exhibitor passes

Each stand will be allocated 6 exhibitor access passes. Please register here.

If you believe that you will require more than 6 members of staff on site, please email operations@riverstreetevents.co.uk

Digital passes will permit exhibitors to access the site for build up or on show open morning, at which point they must collect an exhibitor wristband from the Organisers, valid for the duration of the festival.
